: (1) The workers of the respective establishments can form trade unions at the establishment level to protect and promote their professional rights and interests.
(2) In order to register the establishment-level trade union formed according to sub-section (1), the official appointed by the working committee shall submit an application to the registrar in the prescribed format along with the prescribed details with the signatures of at least ten members and attached the statutes and prescribed duties of the trade union.
(3) On the basis of the application filed under sub-section (2), the registrar shall register such trade union and give the certificate of registration to the applicant in the prescribed format within fifteen days from the date of application or if additional details are requested in accordance with section 6. br> (4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), an establishment-level trade union in which at least twenty-five percent of the workers of the respective establishment are not members shall not be registered.
(5) No worker can be a member of more than one establishment-level trade union at the same time.
